Bosch offers OEMs, Tiers, and distributors unrivalled flexibility by tailoring Silicon carbide (SiC) chips and discretes to their individual requirements. Our second generation of SiC chips is characterized by very low on-resistance over the entire temperature range as well as a 25% lower RDS(on) at high temperature.
