Dosing module

The injection component is equipped with an active water-cooling system that enables the module to be deployed in the exhaust system even at very high temperatures. The dosing module is used to inject the AdBlue® urea-water solution in a compressed state into the exhaust system. The spray pattern and parameters like droplet size and feed rate can be adapted to the specific requirements of the individual exhaust system. This ensures optimal distribution of the urea solution, resulting in maximum ammonia conversion rates in the SCR catalytic converter.

Thanks to the different dosing module variants, the hydraulic AdBlue® connection on the dosing module and the connections for the coolant can be adapted to suit customers’ individual needs. This provides the customer with a great deal of flexibility when adapting the module to any given installation situation.
