Fuel cell power transfer unit
The fuel cell power transfer unit with SiC Mosfet supports high power fuel cell systems. It includes a non-isolated DC/DC converter and a power distribution unit to connect additional high-voltage fuel cell auxiliary devices. Further hardware for stack and powernet monitoring with software functions for stack and powernet related safety is integrated.
